• 15. 11. 2008 - International dog show Prague - CAC, CACIB, BOB, BIG3!!!
  Sorbonne rules again ! On the last year´s Czech show in Czech Republic Sorbonne won Champion class with mark Excellent 1, CAC, after it he got also CACIB and finally he was awarded as Winner of Prague - BOB !
  In Final competition he was again in great condition and went on to win BIG 3 ! Sorbonne now needs only the last CAC for to earn his another title Grandchampion of Czech Republic ..:o)
  Rebel in Young class obtained nice praiseful judgement and mark "Excellent".
  We also congratulate to Sorbonne´s daughter Arleta Hvězda Života "Bára" (www.hvezda-zivota.cz), who won Young class on the same show and so she got her last needed CAJC title for to be Juniorchampion of CZ ! It is great !
  We are very proud for all ..:o)

• 24. 10. 2008 - New photos of our boys from autumn evenfalls
  Last days of this year´s autumn were so wonderfully coloured that we had to make some new photos of our super boys...:o) The newest photos of Sorbonne and Rebel (just 10,5 months old now) you will find in their photogalleries.
• 18. 10. 2008 - National dog show in Brno
  On Saturday we took part in National dog show in Brno, where Sorbonne competed in Champion class with result : Excellent 2, res. CAC.
• 3. 10. 2008 - EURODOGSHOW 2008 - CHAMPION CLASS WINNER !!!
  After such wonderful success on a Club show of ČKRR our Sorbonne scored again and proved his qualities newly ! This time he did a great job on the European Dog Show 2008 in Budapest, Hungary. In a huge competition of another reputable champions on such prestigious show, our Sorbonne really did achieved a win ! Our Sorbonne won the first place with mark Excellent 1, CAC and so his another success is that he is : CHAMPION CLASS WINNER on EURODOGSHOW 2008, Budapest !!! .. :o)
• 28. 9. 2008 - Today we took part in CACIB České Budějovice. Sorbonne in Champion class got mark Excellent 2, res. CAC and Rebel obtained mark Excellent 3.
• 24. 9. 2008 - We have puppies in Germany
  In Dönjo Lengai kennel were born 9 beautiful pups, 5 boys and 4 girls. All, except one boy, have ridge.

• 13. 9. 2008 - Fantastical success of our Sorbonne on XVI. Club show of CKRR !!!
  This weekend we spent our time on two-days club show of CKRR. We were very wondering for judging of two world-known breeders of rhodesian ridgebacks, breed specialists. On Saturday the judge was Ms. Linda Costa (SARULA kennel, Zimbabwe) and on Sunday Ms. Rosemary Green (CHILOLO kennel, Australia). And our boys did a great job !
  Sorbonne scored again and in strongly crowded Champion class (10 champions) he got excellent result. Ms. Linda Costa was charmed with our Sorbonne, she liked him so much that she awarded him with mark Excellent 1, CAC and so Sorbonne was CHAMPION CLASS WINNER ! But that is not all ! We are very proud to announce that our Sorbonne became the best of all entered males and so he got a title "CLUB WINNER of CKRR 2008" !!! We would like to express our thanks to Ms. Linda Costa for such unforgettable experience, phenomenal success and great judgement. We are really very proud, all the more that this success was bestowed by such personality, world-known breeder and specialist of rhodesian ridgeback breed. As a present from Ms. Linda Costa we got her book about history of RRs breed with her own inscription. We thank you so much ! Also Sunday was successful for our Sorbonne, he presented himself excellently and so he got mark Excellent with beautiful judgement from Ms. Rosemary Green. Rebel had last weekend his own show premiere and he got on well, both days he got mark Very good.
• 6. 9. 2008 - Our boys are not only beautiful, but also very skilful..:o)

• 30.-31.8. 2008 - Club show of RRCÖ, Austria
  We took part in two-day Club show. Sorbonne competed in crowned Champion class. From all other entered 13 champion males he got both day mark Excellent.
• 19. 8. 2008 - 12 little puppies were born ..
  A beautiful Eglantine gave birth to 12 great and healthy puppies. We have 5 boys and 7 girls. From all 12 puppies is only one boy incorrect (4 crowns), other pups are correct !

• 13. 8. 2008 - HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
  Our dear Sorbonne celebrates today his 4. birthday ! We wish you the same condition, health and cheerfulness as you have up to this day !!
• 11. 8. 2008 - Many many puppies .. :o)
  In Gree Gree kennel beautiful female Ann Lily Rusty Magic gave birth to 14 wonderfull puppies !! Mum and pups are OK and all are happy and healthy. • 9. 8. 2008 - Pics of boys from our holiday
  We spent wonderful time with our boys in beautiful nature of Šumava mountains. Boys had great time and they enjoyed the week very much. The photos from our holiday you could see in gallery of Sorbonne and Rebel.

• 26.7.2008 - In that week Sorbonne met nice female Lihuntra Thambi, what is imported directly from South Africa. More information you will find in "Offspring".
• 19. 7. 2008 - CACIB Oberwart, Austria
  Today we were on dog show in Austrian Oberwart. Sorbonne competed in crowded champion class and from 8 champions he got nice mark Excellent 3.
• 12.7.2008 - New photos of our boys - "Sorbonne in July" a "Rebel is 7 months old".
• 30.6.2008 - We added new photos of our boys - Sorbonne in June 2008 and Rebel at the age of 6 months.
• 23. 6. 2008 - In Simamon kennel our puppies were born ! Aimee gave birth to 7 puppies - 4 boys and 3 girls. It is very nice litter - 6 pups have correct ridge, 1 female is ridgeless and 1 female has little kinked tail. The litter is without DS, without other faults and with minimum of white colour.

• 9. 6. 2008 - Very successful show weekend !
  From Friday till Sunday we spent our time with our friends on 3 shows in Slovakia and Hungary. We had a great time together and also we have a great show results.
  Our achievements are follows :
  6.6. - CAC Senec, Slovakia - Excellent 1, CAC
  7.6. - CACIB Nitra, Slovakia - Excellent 2, res. CAC
  8-6. - CAC Tiszafüred, Hungary - Excellent 1, CAC, BOB !
• 25. 5. 2008 - OCD - free !!
  Sorbonne has a new examination, namely X-ray of OCD. Our Club reviewer MVDr. Jahoda evaluated the pics and the result is - OCD is negative !
• 20.5.2008 - New pics in photogallery, Sorbonne in May 2008 and Rebel of 5,5 months.
• 14.5.2008 – Great success of Sorbonne´s son !!!
  Son of our Sorbonne – Ridgeback´s Hiari ABAYOMI – had great successful show weekend.
  He gained these perfect results :
  10.5.- CAC Belišče, Croatia - V1, JCAC, JBOB, BOB, 1. BOG !!!
  11.5.- CACIB Timisoara, Romania - V1, CAC, CACIB, BOB a res. BOG !!!
  And he managed to fulfil conditions for his other 2 new titles : Juniorchampion of Croatia and Champion of Romania !!!

• 4.5.2008 - CACIB Lodz - CHAMPION of POLAND !!!
  On Saturday we took part in International dog show in Lodz, Poland. Sorbonne competed in Champion class and won the first place and his the third title CWC - so he fulfilled conditions for obtaining of his new title - CHAMPION of POLAND !!!
  Also Sorbonne got title CACIB there. BOB stayed in "family" and Sorbonne´s son named Alberto Nabucco - only 13 month old dog got this title - and today´s victory he became a new JUNIORCHAMPION of POLAND !!!
  Congratulations, it is always nice to see how our children are successful !

  We are very proud to Sorbonne´s son Abayomi Ridgeback´s Hiari , because he completed conditions for to be CHAMPION of SERBIA !!!

• 11.4.2008 - CONGRATULATIONS to Sorbonne´s son !!!
  Sorbonne´s son Abayomi Ridgeback´s Hiari fulfiled conditions for obtaining of his first show title (and surely not the last) and so he is becoming to be JUNIORCHAMPION OF SERBIA !!!

• 30.3.2008 - National dogs show in Kalocsa, Hungary
  On Sunday we took part in National dog show in Kalocsa in Hungary. Sorbonne competed in Champion class and he got mark Excellent 1, CAC, BOB and also BIG 3. place ! Sorbonne entered Hungarian shows 7x in sum and he always won there and he was never fallen. By this his another victory in a row Sorbonne finished his new title and he becomes to be a GRANDCHAMPION of HUNGARY !!!
• 20.3.2008 - "A" litter in BY-BEIRA kennel
  On the 17.3.2008 in slovakian kennel By-Beira was born a litter out of beautiful female Beira and sired by our Sorbonne. We have 1 stunning boy and 7 lovely girls. It is excellent litter without DS and kinked tail, 1 girl is ridgeless, all other pups have nice correct ridge with two crowns. • 18.3.2008 - We have new photos of our graceful Sorbonne in his photogallery.
• 9.3.2008 - International dog show in Graz, Austria
  Sorbonne was successful again on International dog show in Graz, Austria and he won Champion class there. Sorbonne got from austrian judge Mr. Roland Spörr mark Excellent 1, CACA and finally also title res. CACIB. Sorbonne needs only one more CACA for title Champion of Austria.
• 1.3.2008 - We proudly present the newest and cutest addition to our family !
  Arriving from Australia !
  We welcome "Rebel"
  This lovely puppy after a marathon flight arrived safely. His show name is "Shelridge Aussie Rebel" and he comes from the well-known "Shelridge Kennels", who specialise in Rhodesian Ridgebacks with over 40-years experience in this breed. We thank Dawn Redman his breeder, for entrusting such a gorgeous boy into our care and for everything she did for us!

• 14.2.2008 - Sorbonne´s son Abayomi and his great success !
  Excellent 1, Junior Winner, BOB, BIS JUNIOR 3. place, 3. place of group IV. FCI !
  Abayomi Ridgeback´s Hiari - son of our Sorbonne - outshined on CACIB Belehrad on the 10.2.2008. At the age of 14 months he won Junior class and he got title BOB ! Further he got on again and in competition of other 56 dogs he got BIS JUNIOR - the 3. place. All of it he crowned with the 3. place in group VI. FCI !!! CONGRATULATIONS and we are so proud to you !
• 30.1.2008 - A big story about one heroic lion hunter ... :o)
